RANA Pneumatic 3 Stage Roof Bolter
It is a technically advanced Roof Bolter, and we are the only Indian Manufacturer of this particular type of a Roof Bolting Machine, which is Rotary and non-percussive in nature. The machine is light, portable and a safe equipment, specifically designed keeping in view all the ergonomics of design. It ensures safe and effective means of performing Roof Bolting.

It is widely used for drilling and roof bolting in rock heading, coal heading. Our RANA Roof Bolter operates with pressures between 60 and 100 psi and can be used with the appropriate drill steels for dry or wet drilling.

• Leg Assembly: The leg Assembly consists of 1,2,3 step legs, outermost leg and the Headpiece.
• Rotation Unit: This comprises of the Motor, Gear Box, Water Hub Assemblies, which ensures giving the machine a rotary movement, with high torque, and also facilitates wet drilling for easy penetration.
• Control Arm Assembly: This consists of all the controls required for the operation of the machine.
